Study on Synthesize Methyl Formate by Purifying Yellow Phosphorus Tail Gas and Methanol

The synthesis process of methyl formate (MF) from purifying yellow phosphorus tail gas and methanol, and some influence factors of synthesize MF, are studied in this paper. The experiment results show that add promoter-pyridine in the catalyst can accelerate the speed of reaction and increase yield of MF, and the optimum reactive condition is at temperature of 80?℃?CO pressure of 4.0?MPa?the MeONa concentration of 0.4?mol/L?pyridine concentration of 1.74 ?mol/L, theconversion of CO and methanol are 95.5% and 43% respectively.
