Study On The Preparation Of Special High Magnesium Calcium By Wet Phosphoric Acid Sludge

Use Phosphate sludge which Produced during the production of wet phosphoric acid as raw material,prepare special high magnesium common calcium to satisfy the market demand.Research contents:1.Analysis main component content of wet phosphoric acid sludge,flotation tailings of phosphate ore and New Zealand special common calcium.2.Based on wet phosphoric acid sludge,four experimental schemes were used to prepare special high magnesium common calcium.Results indicate that the fourth set of test scheme can effectively utilize the phosphorus and magnesium elements in tailings.The utilization ratio of phosphorus in tailings is more than 90%,and the utilization ratio of magnesium is more than 99%.The conclusion is using phosphoric acid sludge and tailings as the main raw materials,we can produce New Zealand special magnesium-magnesia calcium with high added value in line with the market demand.
