Determination of Trace Selenium in Plants by Spectrophotometry

Huang YuanZe; Pan Rong(Department of Chemistry, Yunnan University Kunming 650091)  
The trace selenium in plants was determined by means of spectrophotometries. The sample was decomposed by adding acids seperately. The ratio between sample, HNO3 and HClO4 is 1∶10∶3.The result of determination is satisfactory with recovery rate of over 96. 0% .
