METALLOGENIC SPECIALIZATION OF ALKALINE—RICH ROCKS IN SHAJIANG—AI LAOSA BELT

Pan Changyun Lu Baixi Duan Jianzhong Gao Ziyin (Yunnan Institute of Geological Sciences)
The mineralization types of alkaline-rich rocks in An Shajiang-Ai Laosa belt are divided into five groups:(1)Cu-Mo; (2) Pb-Zn multiple metal;(3) Au; (4)Mo-Cu; and(5)Rare and Rare earth element metal mineralizations. There is a specialization relationship between the mineralization and alkaline-rich rocks. The acidity and alkalinity of alkaline-rich rocks are the major factors of affecting and controlling the mineralization types of these rocks, and they are efficaciously used to distinguish the mineralization types of al-kaline-rich rocks.
