THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF LYSIMACHIA MICROCARPA

DING Zhi-Hui, HE Yun-Ping, DING Jing-Kai (Laboratory of Phytochemistry, Kunming Institute of Botany, Academia Sinica, Kunming 650204, China)
Lysimachia microcarpa has a rich and long-lasting odor, which is also used as a raw material to extract Lysimachia concrete. There are 106 compounds were identified qualitatively and quantitatively in the essential oils from this plant by means of GC and GC / MS analyses. The results showed that aldehydes, alcohol and acids are main constituents and lauric acid, borneol and hexahydrofarnesyl acetone are main compounds in the essential oils. From the arial parts of Lysimachia microcarpa, five compounds were isolated. By means of spectral analysis, they were identified as stigmasterol, stigmasterol-3-O-glucopyranoside, 2-tritriacontanone, hexadecyl palmitate and a sponin elucidated as cyclamiretin A-3-O-{β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-α-L-arabinopyranoside.
