Microstructure and Bonding Interface of TA1/Q235 Clade Plate Manufactured by ARB Process

The bonding interface of TA1/Q235 and the diffusion of Ti and Fe are investigated by the manufacture of TA1/Q235 with ARB process.The results show that the TA1/Q235 clade mechanism is breach bonding,and the diffusion of Ti is severer than that of Fe in hot rolling.In practical rolling process,the impurity in steel should be strictly controlled and the rolling process is better under low temperature,the steel-steel interface bonding strength is close to the steel.
