The Clinical Effect of Different Doses of Atorvastatin Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction, Coagulation Function and hs-CRP Level

YU Yan;Third Hospital of Nanchang;
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of different doses of Atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction and influence on blood coagulation function and the level of hs-CRP. Methods: 70 cases of cerebral infarction patients from January 2016-February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The conventional dose group with routine dosage of Atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel; while the intensive treatment group with intensive dose of Atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel. Total efficiency; the incidence of adverse reaction; blood coagulation function index before and after the intervention of prothrombin time, fibrinogen, live Partial thromboplastin time;the level of hs-CRP patients before and after the intervention, carotid intima-media thickness and atherosclerotic plaque area were compared between the two groups. Results: Total effect for the treatment of cerebral infarction in intensive treatment group is higher than that of the conventional dose group(P0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in intensive dose group showed no difference with the conventional dose group,(P0.05); before treatment, the intervention of coagulation function prothrombin time, fibrinogen, activated partial thromboplastin time in two groups is similar(P0.05); after treatment, dry intensive dose group blood coagulation indexes prothrombin time prognosis, fibrinogen, activated partial thromboplastin time was better than that of the conventional dose group(P0.5); the intervention hs-CRP levels, carotid artery intima-media thickness, plaque area is similar in two groups(P0.05); to strengthen the intervention level of hs-CRP dose group, carotid intima-media thickness, plaque area is better in intensive group than the conventional dose group, P0.05. Conclusion: Intensive dose of Atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction clinical curative effect is better than that of the conventional dose. It can effectively improve the patient's condition, improve the coagulation function and decrease the level of hs-CRP, reduce the area of atherosclerotic plaque, and has no obvious adverse reactions, thus it is worthy of promotion.
