Technique of compound chemical blockage removal with water-gas pulsating wave

With the oilfield development,the formation is damaged,the liquid producing capacity of oil wells is decreasing gradually, and water injection is becoming difficult. The blockage of immediate vicinity of wellbore is one of the causes. Because the plugging material is various, it is difficult to achieve the expecting effect with single treatment and the term of validity is short. So a new blockage removal way is developed that is called compound chemistry blockage removal with water-gas pulsating wave. Based on literatures and laboratory experiments, the chemical a-gents and appropriate formula are selected for different types of blockage material. The formula of thermal chemical blockage removal agent is studied in laboratory. Reaction mechanism of the chemical blockage removal agent and the plugging medium is interpreted. In 2005, the chemical blockage removal agent combined with the water-gas pulsating wave are applied in Gudao Oilfield. The maximum daily liquid producing capacity of single well increased by nearly 7 times after operations. The maximum daily oil producing capacity increased by more than 6 times. The maximum cumulative incremental oil production is up to 330t. The term of validity is more than 10d for all wells with 89d of the maximum value.
