Electrical Simulation of a Micromachined Gyroscope's Self-excited Driving Mode

In order to improve detection precision and get constant amplitude of driving oscillation's velocity, self excited driving mode of micromachined gyroscope is presented, which enables driving motion oscillate stably with nature frequency of driving mode and keep steady amplitude of driving oscillation's velocity.Equivalent circuit model of driving dynamics equation is established according to principle of self excited driving, which is simulated with PISPICE.Results prove it feasible.
