Design of an Interface Circuit for a Micromachining Vibratory Gyroscope

It reports an interface circuit for micromachining vibratory gyroscope.The circuit is composed of a self-excitation driving circuit and a sense circuit.Auto gain control is used to make the gyro vibrating in a steady amplitude.The drive signal also offers a steady synchronous signal for the sense module.In the sense circuit,the angular-speed signal is obtained by synchronous demodulation of the angular-speed modulated signal of the gyroscope with the synchronous signal.The original test results are reported and discussed.
