RAPD Marker and Its Application in Camellia oleifera Genetic Breeding

Molecular marker is a new type of genetic marker.It has provided the new method for the genetic breeding research of trees,reducing the breeding cycle,improving the efficiency of breeding and showing a broad prospect in application.This article introduces the principle and characteristics of RAPD markers as well as an overview of the RAPD technology in Camellia oleifera genetic breeding of current situation.
