Assessment of engineering vulnerability of tunnel suffering from debris flow

The vulnerability assessment of debris flow in the past mainly aimed at the economic,social,material and the environment vulnerable degree.There is no assessment about the vulnerability of engineering either.So the concept of engineering vulnerability has been proposed in this paper.By taking Zhuofu tunnel in the Zhi-Liu railway suffering from debris flow as background,according to the characteristics of the tunnel bearing the disaster and the characteristics of debris flow to cause disaster,the paper systemically analyzes the influences of the tunnel's geological selected location,the engineering design,the construction,the operation maintenance as well as the disaster factor of debris flow,which influences the engineering vulnerable degree,determines evaluating indicator system of the engineering vulnerability.With the aid of the AHP method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the assessment method of the engineering vulnerability is established;and the serviceability of this method is confirmed by the example.The method may provide the reference for the determination of prevention rank and the assessment of the disaster-bearing capability of the tunnel.
