A Comparative Analysis of Human Resource on Different TB Control Positions at County-level,Zhejiang

Objective:To analyze human resource(HR) status among different TB prevention and control positions at county-level,and to provide suggestions for future HR development for TB control in Zhejiang Province.Methods:HR information was collected via the TB Information Management System annual report.The means of Statistical description and chi-square test were used to analyze the HR information among different positions,including sex,age,education,professional rank and years of work.Results:HR status was improved,but it was unbalanced among different positions of TB control.Staffs of some positions were young and high-educated,but their professional rank and work experience were limited.The staffs had long working experience but limited TB working experience.Conclusion:Coordinated HR development among TB control positions should be noticed.The positions of TB surveillance,health education and drug management should be strengthened.Age,education level and professional ranks of different positions should be rationally setting which would serve the TB control better.
