The Development Logic,International Experience and Chinese Contribution of Digital Financial Inclusion

The G20 Summit of Hangzhou listed "digital financial inclusion"as an important topic and adopted three related documents,among which is"20 High-level Principles for Digital Financial Inclusion". To start with,this paper discusses the logical evolution of digital financial inclusion and argues that digital financial inclusion is an example of"good finance"and fully reflects the goal of"good finance"serving for"good society". Then,the international experience of digital financial inclusion is reviewed,including the Mobile Money mode in developing countries and the Financial Technology( Fintech) in developed countries. Thirdly,the paper analyzes the‘Chinese contribution'in the field of digital financial inclusion. In fact,a"Chinese Model'of digital financial inclusion has formed,and the function of "good finance promoting good society"is being practiced. In addition,the country has been active in pushing international cooperation to fulfill the function of "good finance serving good world". It can be predicted that Hangzhou G20 summit will advance global development to a new stage of digital financial inclusion,and open a new era of "good finance constructing good society and good world".
