INFLUENCES ON THE ACTIVITIES OF GSH-PXANDCAT IN THE BLOOD OF THE MICE WHICH DRANK THE MAGNETIZED WATER

The mice were divided randomly into experimental group and control group. Each group had 8 fe-male mice and 9 male mice .The mice of experimental group drank magnetized water and the mice of cotrol groupdrank common water ,All of them were fed for a mouth,Then we measured the activities of catalase(CAT)and glutathione-peroxidase(GSH-PX)of mice in the blood.The resuIts indicate that in the experimental group,whether male or female,the acticities of CAT are much higher than those of the control one. The activities ofGSH-PX of male mice are obviously higher than those of the control group.But the activities of GSH-PX of fe-male mice have no apparent difference from those of control group.These show that after the mice have drunkmagnetized water for somedays the ablities of the male mice to remove free radical were obviously enhanced andthose of the female mice were enbanced to a certain degree.
