Expression of let-7c-5p and miR-122-5p in Nonstructural Protein I of Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infected A549 Cells

Objective To study the alteration of let-7c-5p and miR-122-5p expression in A549 cells after infected with nonstructural protein I(NS1)of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV).Methods We cultured A549 cells to establish the infection model of NS1, and the control of empty vector group was also set up.Cells after 24 h and 72 h infection were collected and real-time PCR was performed to evaluate the alteration of let-7c-5p and miR-122-5p expression.Target gene prediction and function analysis were performed using bioinformatics software. Results Let-7c-5p expression elevated while miR-122-5p expression decreased in NS1 infection group.Bioinformatics software predicted that target genes focused on apoptosis and immune response.Conclusion NS1 probably regulate cell apoptosis and suppress immune response by upregulating the expression of let-7c-5p and downregulating the expression of miR-122-5p.
