Effect of comprehensive care for urinary tract infection in elderly female patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective:To study the elderly female patients with urinary tract infection diabetes care interventions. Methods:120 cases of women for the selected patients with urinary tract infections in elderly female patients with diabetes were compared to explore effective nursing experience. Results:After psychological counseling, to enhance personal health management, strict monitoring of blood sugar, enhance immunity, combined antibiotics, strengthen aseptic catheterization and other comprehensive interventions that result in the intervention group patients, the degree of infection was significantly reduced. Conclusion:Comprehensive care measures for urinary tract infection in elderly female patients with diabetes have an important role in prevention and treatment, and the difference is significant(P0.01).
