ZHAO Zi-song,ZHANG Liang-cheng.(Department of Anesthesiology,Affiliated Union Hospital of Fujian Medical University,Fuzhou 350001,China)
Both septic shock and trauma-hemorrhagic shock can develope into systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome, even multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, which would result in bad prognosis and death. In recent years, much work has paid close attention to the mechanism of inflammatory reaction in lung after shock and resuscitation, especially in intervention of inflammatory cells and mediators,As a new type anticholinergic drug, penehyclidine hydrochloride has more good advantages than atropine, anisodamine and others. However, more studies should be studied on dosage and time of administration of penehyclidine hydrochloride.
