Application of Nanotechnology in Cardiovascular Medicine

Nanotechnology is a newly rising subject developed from the 21st century,which brings great changes to many professions especially to medicine.Because nanoparticles possess quantum size,grand quantum size,surface effect and cooperation effect,they exhibit many characteristics such as great specific surface area,high surface activity,strong absorption,high catalytic efficiency,low toxicity,and uneasily degradation.These speed up with the progress of biomedicine and the understanding of nanoparticles.This paper reviews the application of nanotechnology in field of cardiovascular medicine.
