Arteria Hepatica Involved in Chemotherapy Embolism with Conbined Treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine to Advanced Stage Liver Cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of interventional therapy with combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine to advanced stage liver cancer.Methods 58 cases of later period hepatic carcinoma use interventional therapy,anticancer traditional Chinese medicine "attacks evil ",medicinal broth and medicine meal"strengthening the body resistance".Results In 58 cases with liver cancer,32 cases of two treatment methods were effective,26 cases were invalid,effective rate was 55.17%.The actual survival time in two groups were:the group of add embolism-reperfusion(39.1±19.1)months,reperfusion group alone(17.4±5.4)months,there were significant differences.Conclusion Interventional therapy with combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine is effective to later period hepatic carcinoma,can prolong patient's life cycle notably.
