The comparison of effects of different nursing mode in chronic renal failure

Objective: To study and compare the effects of different nursing mode in chronic renal failure.Methods: 80 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing mode group) 40 cases and observation group(Orem self-care mode group) 40 cases,then the incidence of complications,treatment compliance,treatment enthusiasm,patients′ satisfaction rate,SF-36 total score,SAS score and SDS score of two groups before and after the nursing were analyzed and compared.Results: The incidence of complications of observation group was lower than that of control group(22.5% vs 5.0%),the treatment compliance and treatment enthusiasm were better than those of control group [(62.5%,65.0%) vs(82.5%,85.0%)],patients′ satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group(87.5% vs 100.0%),SF-36 total score was higher than that of control group(71.3 vs 81.6),SAS score and SDS score were lower than those of control group [(45.2,44.5) vs(31.4,30.3)],there were all significant differences P0.05.Conclusion: The effects of Orem self-care mode in chronic renal failure is better,comprehensive advantage is various,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
