Objective To study the clinical effect of molecular targeted therapy in patients with breast cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with breast cancer admitted to Liaoning Cancer Hospital from October 2011 to May 2014 were selected as research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group by random number table, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was taken drugs conservative treatment, the study group was taken molecular targeted therapy. The clinical therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were calculated and analyzed. Results The effective rate of study group reached to 85.00%, which was significantly higher than that of control group(56.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). After treatment, the recurrence rate of study group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than that of control group(31.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Molecular targeted therapy in patients with breast cancer has exact curative effect, which can significantly improve effective rate and reduce the recurrence rate and the toxicity is small, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. Molecular targeted therapy should be the preferred therapeutic schedule for patients with breast cancer.
