ACTINOMYCETES IN CHILLI RHIZOSPHERE SOIL AND ON SURFACE OF CHILLI ROOT FROM PROTECTORATE IN QINGHAI ,CHINA

Microbequantity ,actinomycetepopulationanddistributionofantimicrobalactinomyceteinchillirhizospheresoiland onsurfaceofchillirootwerestudiedbynormalmethods.Thesoilandtheplantsampleswerecollectedfrombothhealthyand diseasedplantsinvegetableboothandgreenhouseinQinghaiprovince.Theresultsindicatedthat:①Bacteriawerethemain microbes,followedbyactinomycetes.Therationofbacteria ,actinomycetesandfungiwas 10 5 10 2 1(inrhizospheresoil)or 10 4 1 1(onrootsurface) .②Thequantityofsoilmicrobeswasindirectproportiontosoilavailablenutrients.Rhizosphere soilandrootsurfaceofdiseasedplantshadmoreremarkablymicrobesthanhealthyplantshad .③Allofisolatedactinomycete strainswereclassifiedintosevengenera.Streptomycesoccupiedandominantposition ,followedbyMicromonosporaandNo cardia.Streptomycescouldbeclassifiedintotenkinds,inwhichAureuswasthemaingroup .Actinomycetepopulationof healthyplantswasmorecomplexthanthatofdiseasedplantsbothinrhizospheresoilandonrootsurface,buttheirStrepto mycespopulationwasmoresimplethanthatofdiseasedplants.④ 9.0 ,6 .7and 0 percentageofactinomycetestrainstested hadantimicrobalactivityagainstG+ bacteria ,fungiandG$Cbacteria,respectively .Bothofthequantityofantimicrobalactino mycetesinrhizospheresoilandonrootsurfaceandtheratioofantimicrobalactinomycetestototalactinomycetesofhealthy plantswerehigherthanthoseofdiseasedplants,soitwasoneofthekeyfactorsdeterminingchillitobeinfectedornot.Tab 4,Ref 11
