Determination of the Content of Chlorogenic Acid in Ganmaoreduqing(GMRDQ) Mistura by HPLC

OBJECTIVE: To establish a method of HPLC to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Ganmaoreduqing( GMRDQ) mistura. METHODS: The content of chlorogenic acid in mistura was determined by HPLC with a SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK MG-C18 column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acid( V ∶ V = 88 ∶ 12) was used as mobile phase and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min. The column temperature was 40 ℃ and the wavelength of the detector was set at 327 nm. RESULTS: The linear range for chlorogenic acid was 5. 02μg / ml ~100. 4μg / ml( r = 0. 999 5). The average recovery for chlorogenic acid were 100. 37%,103. 46%,101. 20%.CONCLUSIONS: This thesis tries to establish a method of HPLC for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in GMRDQ mistura for the first time,and the results are accurate with good repeatability,and the method can be used for quality assessment of GMRDQ mistura.
