Hydraulic Impact Simulation on the Progress of Descending Changing to Lifting Stroke in 300MN Hydraulic Press Based on AMESim and Simulink

Hydraulic impact exists in each pipe of the hydraulic press.According to respective features of AMESim and Simulink,simulation model based on AMESim and controlling model based on Simulink were established.Co-simulation was realized by Co-Simulation interface.The progress of the velocity of moving beam firstly increasing and then decreasing during the cam angle increasing was analyzed.In addition,the hydraulic impact in the situation of descending stroke changing to lifting stroke was analyzed.Results shows that: in order to decrease the hydraulic impact of descending stroke changing to lifting stroke,to control cam angle less than the angle which makes the greatest velocity of moving beam is a good method,moreover,hydraulic impact weakens when the velocity of moving beam decreases.
