Conservation of Amorphophallus Pollen at Low Temperature and in Liquid Nitrogen

Amorphophallus pollen grains could be stored for one month at 4℃ and six months at -20℃.They could be successfully conserved in liquid nitrogen by using the technique of dehydration and vitrification method.The germination rates of cryopreserved pollen were higher than that of fresh pollen.
