Voltage and Temperature Compensation Control Method for Proportional Solenoid Valve

A mathematical model of proportional electromagnetic valve coil current is established based on the analysis of its working principle. The control characteristic of the proportional solenoid valve affected by the voltage and temperature is studied by experiments. According to the analysis of the test data,the compensation method is determined. Through comparing test results before and after compensation based on the embedded control system,we conclude that the compensation control method has a certain rationality and reliability.
