Electro-hydraulic Servo System for Direct Driven Single Rod Symmetrical Hydraulic Actuator

The electro-hydraulic servo system for direct driven single rod symmetrical hydraulic actuator is introduced. The system has the charactristics of flexible control,output powerful,less reilef loss,low heat,energy saving and high integration. We build the non-linear mathematical modeling of the system,and carry out a joint simulation of AMESim / Simulink,then the simulation results are compared with the traditional linear transfer function model,and we explore the cause of nonlinear dead zone of system. We set up an experimental platform and prove the accuracy of simulated results.
