Application of PID Parameters-setting Technique Based on Optimization Function on Hydraulic Servo Shaker

A centrifuge shaker is one of the most important experimental equipments in seismic research field. The control precision of output waveform has been an important research direction in the field of hydraulic servo shaker research. A common method for improving control precision of hydraulic servo system is using the PID control technology. However parameters of PID are hard to adjust and the efficiency is low in general. We take a highfrequency hydraulic servo shaker as an example,and introduce the application of PID parameters fast tuning technique based on optimization function and a mathematic model of the system.
