Future Oriented College Mental Health Education

LAI Yuncheng;Department of Psychology,Longyan College;  
Future-oriented college mental health education is rather rich in connotation.The main aspects include:ideal and belief,career planning,positive sense of self-identity and self-efficacy,prevention from or intervention in procrastination,self-supporting personality,life education,peer influence,and so on.College mental health education can be guaranteed by promoting the validity of mental counseling,building up healthy teacher-student relationship,and etc.
