Nutritional Function of "Black Food" and Its Developing Prospect

ZHANG Su-hua, ZHANG Cui-ying, SUN Chang-hua (School of Food Science and Engineering, Yangzhou University, Yangzhou 225001, Jiangsu, China)  
Black food contains abundant nourishments with strong tonic effects. It possesses both nourishing and healthcare functions. Therefore, by making use of traditional theory of Chinese medicine in the light of new achievements in life science there will definitely be better marketing prospect for the development of black food.
