Choice of Mnod and Dows Methods

Liang QingtangEngineer (Guangdong Institute for Labor Protection Science)  
On the basis of the assessment of an evaluation unit, the similarities and differences of two methods are demonstrated. Suggestions for a reasonable choice of these two methods are put forward.
