Forecast of potential distribution area of Aconitum leucostomum in China based on MaxEnt model and ArcGIS

Based on environmental factors and geographical distribution record of Aconitum leucostomum in China, potential distribution area of A. leucostomum was forecasted in China by Max Ent model and Arc GIS software, and it was tested and verified by receiver operating characteristic(ROC). Training data and Testing data of AUC were both 0.996, which indicating a better forecast. The results showed that low temperature of coldest month, average temperature of coldest season,average temperature of driest season, and ratio of DIF and annual temperature were major environmental factors. According to suitable values, high-risk areas and suitable areas were mainly located in northwest region of Xinjiang, southeast Gansu, south Ningxia, north Shaanxi, north Shanxi, north Hebei, south Inner Mongolia, east Liaoning, et al..
