Determination of main Inorganic Elements and Amino Acids in Bamboo Juice

GAO Wu ming (Shanghai Xuhui District Institute for Drug Control, Shanghai 200031, China)
Objective: To determine the contents of 6 kinds of main inorganic elements and amino acids in Bamboo Juice samples from different areas and explore the distribution rules of inorganic elements and aminoacids. Methods: The contents of inorganic elements such as Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu and Mg, and amino acids in Bamboo Juice samples produced in same season and from different areas were determined and analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and amino acid analyser, respectively. Results: All Bamboo Juice samples contained 6 kinds of inorganic elements and 13 kinds of amino acids, but contained different contents of them. Conclusion: The contents of amino acids and 6 kinds of main inorganic elements contained in Bamboo Juice samples from different areas show significant differente, but the proportions of every element to total content of 6 kinds of inorganic elements and distribution proportion of amino acids follow rules.
