Qualitative and quantitative analysis of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills by CS-HPLC

AIM: To establish a method using HPLC with column switching for determination of Danshensu in human blood serums. RESULTS: A linearity range of 0.0248～0.3720μg was obtained. The recovery was 99.2%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, sensitive and suitable for pharmacoknetics studies and clinical detection of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills
