Chemical constituents from Sophora subprostrata

AIM To study the chemical constituents from Sophora subprostrata Chunet T. Chen. METHODS The dichloromethane extract of Sophora subprostrata was isolated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as sophoranone( 1),lespeflorin A_3( 2),Lmaackiain( 3),glabrol( 4),lupinifolin( 5),5-hydroxysophoranone( 6),β-sitosterol( 7),soyasapogenol B( 8). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-6 are flavonoids,compound 2 is isolated from this genus for the first time,and compounds 6 and 8 are firstly obtained from this plant.
