Object To study the chemical constituents of Hypericum perforatum L Methods Isolation and purification were repeatedly carried out on silica gel column They were identified and structurally elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis Results Six compounds were obtained They were β sitosterol (Ⅰ); β daucosterol (Ⅱ); hyperoside (Ⅲ); quercetin 3 (6″ O acetylgalactoside) (Ⅳ); 3 epi ursolic acid (Ⅴ), myriaboric acid (Ⅵ) Conclusion Compound Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ were found in this plant for the first time
