Chemical constituents from fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum

Objective To study the chemical constituents from fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum. Methods Various kinds of chromatographic methods were used to separate the chemical constituents from the fruiting bodies of G. lucidum. Their structures were determined by NMR and MS spectral data. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the fruiting bodies of G. lucidum and characterized as ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-yl pentadecanoate (Ⅰ), ergosteryl palmitate (Ⅱ), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-ol (Ⅲ), ergosterol (Ⅳ), ganoderic acid C2 (Ⅴ), ganodermanontriol (Ⅵ) and 1, 2-benzenedicarboxylic acid bis (1-methylpropyl) ester (Ⅶ), respectively. Conclusion Compound Ⅰ is a new compound and compound Ⅶ is isolated from G. lucidum for the first time.
