This study,by using the negative priming paradigm in two behavioral experiments, explores the effect of positive mood on location distraction inhibition and identity distraction inhibition.According to the results, positive mood causes the reduction of negative priming of location and the disappearance of negative priming of identity. The research reveals that positive mood leads to a loose mechanism of identity distraction inhibition,as well as a deficit in location distraction inhibition.
