Design of the Real-time Automatic Detector with Multiple Measuring Points for Salt Spray Sedimentation Rate

Aiming at the shortcomings of manual detection method for salt spray sedimentation rate,e. g.,influencing the test conditions and quality,harming testing personnel's health,etc.,the automatic detection method is proposed,and the real-time automatic detector with multiple measuring points has been designed. Considering the multiple measuring points and highly precise detection,the laser triangulation method is adopted,and cycling detection is conducted by using linear motor to drive charge-coupled device( CCD) laser displacement sensor.The result of practical application shows that the detector satisfies the requirement of the detection in large-scale walk-in salt spray chambers and implements real-time automatic detection with multiple measuring points for salt spray sedimentation rate.
