The Effective Microorganisms Therapy of Children Who Were Positive for the Associated Toxin Antibody of Helicobacter Pylori

Objective To appraise the curative effect of using Effective Microorganisms(Bifid,Triple Viable Capsules) to cure Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods Children who have exactly infected Helicobacter pylori were divided into two groups: group of curing(Omeprazole Bifid,Triple Viable Capsules) had 43 patients; group of antitheses(Omeprazole,Amoxicillin,Clarithromycin) had 46 patients. After one-week therapy,children whose symptoms have lightened were effective; by the end of the fourth week,children whose Helicobacter pylori antibody had become negative in serum Immunoblot measure showed that Helicobacter pylori had been deracinated. Results The effective rate in the group of curing was 83.7%,the effective rate in the group of antitheses was 91.3%(χ2 =0.58,P0.05),two rates had no significant diversity; The rate of deracination in the group of curing was 74.4%,the rate of deracination in the group of antitheses was 84.8%(χ2=0.47,P0.05),two rates had no significant diversity. Conclusion The study suggested Bifid. Triple Viable Capsules had a significant effect on anti-Hp infection. It is one of the most future drugs in clinical anti-Hp infection therapy.
