Nursing Intervention of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 75 cases of chronic renal failure by different treatment into treatment group 35 cases and control group 35 cases,two groups of conventional hemodialysis on the basis of the treatment group:the use of Chinese medicine high retention enema,the control group used western medicine treatment,observation the overall effect and nursing intervention in two groups. Results The treatment group of 35 cases,markedly effective five cases(14.3%),effective 23 cases(65.7%), invalid seven cases(20.0%),effective total of 28 cases(80.0%);control group of 35 cases,three cases markedly effective(8.6%)Effective 18 cases(51.4%),is invalid in 14 cases(40.0%),effective total of 21 cases(60.0%);efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than that control group(χ2=3.45,P0.05); nursing intervention can prevent or Delaying the chronic renal failure in the process. Conclusion The nursing intervention of Chinese medicine enema on the effect of raising a certain role in patients with chronic renal failure.
