CHEN Yinyun;LIAO Jiangtao;WU Juan;Department of Gastroenterology,Mawangdui Hospital of Hunan Province;
Objective To explore the expression and significance of GRP and GRPR in colorectal cancer, mucosal inflammation. Methods Pathological specimens of 60 cases of patients who were diagnosed with colon cancer or colorectal cancer from January 2009 to October 2012 were selected as the study group, pathology specimens of 60 patients with inflammatory mucosal were selected as the control group, immunohistochemical methods were used to detect expression of GRP and GRPR in colorectal cancer tissues and mucous membrane inflammatory tissue. Results The GRP and GRPR expression of study group was significantly higher than control group(P 0.05); In study group, GRP and GRPR expression of colon cancer and colorectal cancer was not significantly different(P 0.05). GRP and GRPR expression of colorectal cancer staging of Duks A, B was significantly lower than C, D stage(P 0.05); GRP and GRPR expression in poorly differentiated carcinoma was significantly higher than the well- differentiated carcinoma(P 0.05). Conclusion GRP and GRPR expression in colorectal cancer is significantly increased, and with the degree of malignancy increasing, GRP and GRPR expression increasing, this can provide a new direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
