Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of injecting vitamin C at Zusanli point in treatment of abdomen distension after pulmonary surgery, analyze the application value of Vitamin C, and make a simple analysis to the nursing method. Methods A total of 140 cases of patients with abdomen distension after pulmonary surgery treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into experiment group and control group. The clinical effective rates, borborygmus recovery time, defecating time, abdominal distension relief time and anus evacuation time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in the experiment group was 94.3%, while that of the control group was 70.0%; the comparative difference of the two groups was of statistical significance(P 0.05). The difference of the borborygmus recovery time(45.09±4.78) h, defecating time(51.52±4.89) h, abdominal distension relief time(82.74±3.56) h of the experiment group and the borborygmus recovery time(81.74±4.45) h, defecating time(97.39±7.00) h, abdominal distension relief time(103.70±8.23) h of the control group was of statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of injecting Vitamin C at Zusanlin point on treatment of abdomen distension after pulmonary surgery is obvious; the abdominal distension relief is very fast, and the defecating time, borborygmus recovery time and anus evacuation time could be reduced.
