Analysis of influencing factors of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm postoperation of intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objective To analyze risk factors symptomatic cerebral vasospasm postoperation of intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Clinical data of 514 cases with intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were respectively analyzed. Risk factors of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm postoperation analyzed. Results Multiple factors analysis results showed age of ≥ 55 years old, history of intracranial aneurysms, clipping treatment, Hunt-HessⅣ degree, anterior cerebral artery aneurysm, Fisher 3 were independent predictors. Conclusion Advanced age, history of intracranial aneurysms, clipping treatment, Hunt-Hess degree, Fisher score, aneurysm location, surgical method are influencing factors of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm postoperation of intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
