A Design method of mission execution system for elevator guide rail detecting robot based on Petri net

WANG Xuan;NIU Weifei;XIAO Changqing;Tianjin Special equipment Inspection Institute;  
Aiming at many defects of traditional elevator guide rail detection methods,a multifunctional detection robot for elevator guide rail was designed.As the robot has many detection items,the control system is more complex,and has resource conflict.In order to improve the stability and reliability of robot.Petri Net Blocks(PNBs) is used to model each item mission execution system of the robot.According to the relationship of each item,build the whole Petri Net of mission execution system is built by each Petri Net Block(PNB),which can use traditional Petri Net analysis theory to ensure its liveness and safety.Finally,the design method is illustrated through the designed multifunctional detection robot.
