Automatic filtering method for high frequency transmission signal of high power LED chip substrate

In order to improve the detection ability of high-frequency transmission signal of high-power LED chip substrate,it is necessary to carry out signal filtering to improve the output signal-to-noise ratio.A high frequency transmission signal filtering algorithm for high power LED chip substrate based on cross-correlation delay detection filtering and matching detection is proposed.The sensor is used to collect the original signal from high frequency transmission of high power LED chip substrate.The correlation matched filter detector is used to process the initial noise,and the singular value decomposition(SVD)method is used to decompose the signal and to learn the adaptive weighting.In order to improve the power spectral density characteristic of high-frequency transmission signal on the substrate of high-power LED chip,the cross-correlation time-delay detection filter is processed according to the time-delay of the characteristic output.The optimal time delay estimation and noise separation of high-frequency transmission signal of high-power LED substrate are realized,and the filtering and detecting ability of signal is improved.The simulation results show that the proposed method has good denoising performance for high-frequency transmission signal filtering of high-power LED substrate and improves the signal-to-noise ratio and accurate detection ability of the output signal.
