Treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis through branchofiberoscope

Objective To investigate the methods of the treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis through branchofiberoscope. Methods 136 patients were observed. Cryotherapy and ballon dilatation through branchofiberoscope was used respectively, besides general chemotherpy and branchofiberoscope injection, and their efficacy were assessed. Results In 136 patients, suffered with granulomatous, cicatricial, ulcerative and inflammatory, 81 patients were markedly effective, and 45 patients were effective, but 10 patients were inefficiency. The total effective power was 92.65%(126/136). Conclusions Branchofiberoscope injection, cryotherapy and ballon dilatation are the effective methods for treating endobronchial tuberculosis.
