Some Experiences on Improving Orthopaedics Medical Record Writing Quality of Seven-year Medical Students

To improve orthopaedics medical record writing quality of seven-year medical students during their clinical practice stage not only relates to the quality of education, but also relates to the medical security. According to the author's years of teaching practice and some experiments on guiding students in writing orthopaedics medical record, the author summarizes two key points which are firstly the perception on importance of the medical record should be strengthened, and also secondly the logical thinking process streamlined by admission purpose should be fostered. In addition, the author believes that the process of guiding students writing medical record help both the students and teachers enhance knowledge together.
