THEORETICAL ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION OF FLUE GAS AND STEAM IN LARGE CAPACITY UTILITY BOILERS

On the basis of the analysis on the various calculation methods of flue gas temperature deviation and steam temperature deviation in large capacity utility boilers, a new calculation method of flue gas temperature deviation and steam temperature deviation is proposed. The comparison between the calculating results and thermal experimental results shows that the calculation methods have enough accuracy and can be applied in the practical design and operation of superh-eater and reheater systems in large capacity utility boilers.
